1. ABOUT US AND OUR SERVICE

1.1. Chem-Bio.info(referred to as “ChemBio info", “our”, “we”, “the Company”) is a company registered in Kuwait offering online courses in biology and chemistry.

1.2. We operate the website www.chem-bio.info and its related subdomains (collectively referred to here as “the Site”). Our management and administration of the Site and any content included therein, including offering content and other services to members (as defined in clause 5 below), are referred to in these terms as “the Services”.

2. ABOUT THESE TERMS OF SERVICE

2.1. It is essential that you read these terms of service (“the Terms of Service”) carefully before accessing or using any of the Services. The Terms of Service govern your use of the Services. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service, forming a binding legal agreement between you ("the user", "you") and the Company. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not use the Services.

2.3. Your attention should particularly be drawn to clauses 4.1 to 4.8 which outline warnings regarding the scope of the Services.

2.4. These Terms of Service, and any disputes arising from or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of Kuwait and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.

3. AGE RESTRICTION

3.1. If you are under the age of 12:

3.1.1. Please refrain from using the Services.

3.1.2. Do not attempt to register for a membership (see clause 5 below) or send any personal information to the Company, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address.

3.2. If it is discovered that we have unknowingly collected personal information from a child under the age of 12, we will delete that information immediately.

4. HOW TO USE THE SERVICES

Scope of Services Warnings

4.1. The Services, including all content on the Site, are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. The Services are not intended to provide legal, professional, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or healthcare advice or counseling, and cannot be used for such purposes.

4.2. The Company makes no guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, reliable, or timely, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or any related server are free from viruses or other harmful components.

4.3. The Company does not guarantee that any downloadable files or videos available on the Site are free from contaminants such as viruses or other harmful code.

4.4. The Company does not endorse any content on the Site, nor does it guarantee the accuracy, completeness, correctness, timeliness, or usefulness of any opinions, advice, content, services, or merchandise provided through the Site or generally available on the Internet.

4.5. The Company makes no representations or warranties about the validity, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the information and/or any services provided on or through the Site. It is imperative that you verify the information provided, particularly with relevant educational boards and schools, to ensure its accuracy and validity. Reliance on all such content and/or services is strictly at your own risk.

4.6. Any answers or solutions provided on the Site (including model answers or videos) represent the authors' interpretations. These are not final or definitive answers, and there may be other valid answers or solutions.

4.7. The Company is not responsible if you (or your student(s) or child/children where relevant) incorrectly answer a question in an assignment, exam, or any formal testing administered by a school or exam board by using a method featured on the Site that does not correspond to those taught at the relevant educational institution.

4.8. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome in formal or informal academic testing.

Use Restrictions

4.9. You agree not to:

4.9.1. Modify, download, reproduce, copy, or resell any material from the Site, the Site’s content, or any other service offered by the Company.

4.9.2. Use the Services, the Site, or any part thereof for commercial purposes without authorization.

4.9.3. Bypass any measures put in place to prevent or restrict access to any portion of the Site or any other related service owned and managed by the Company.

4.9.4. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site by any means, including uploading viruses or other harmful code.

4.9.5. Use automated tools such as robots, spiders, data miners, crawlers, or scrapers to access the Site for any purpose.

4.9.6. Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Site or any related service, unless permitted by applicable law.

4.9.7. Use the Site or related social media channels unlawfully, which could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

4.9.8. Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law, particularly those governing intellectual property rights and data protection.

4.9.9. Collect contact information from the Site or related services for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails or messages.

4.9.10. Modify or create derivatives of the Site or any other service without prior authorization.

4.9.11. Post, upload, or distribute any defamatory, slanderous, or inaccurate content.

4.9.12. Post, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, offensive, pornographic, harassing, threatening, racist, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.

4.9.13. Impersonate any individual or entity, falsely represent yourself, or create a false identity on the Site or any related service.

4.9.14. Use another member’s account or share your account details.

4.9.15. Remove or obscure any copyright or other proprietary notices on the Site or related services.

4.9.16. Post unsolicited offers, advertisements, or other promotional materials on the Site.

4.9.17. Make publicly available any private information about any third party.

4.9.18. Solicit personal information from users under 18 or solicit passwords for any commercial or unlawful purposes.

4.9.19. Upload any software viruses or other harmful code.

4.9.20. Engage in activities that would constitute a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or otherwise create liability.

4.9.21. Post or share content that is deemed objectionable, restricts other users from enjoying the Site, or exposes the Company to harm or liability.

5. MEMBERSHIP

Registration

5.1. Some content on the Site is available for free viewing without requiring membership.

5.2. To access additional content, you must register as a member (“Member”) and purchase a membership (“Membership”). ChemBio.info grants Members a license to access specific content on the Site based on their Membership terms.

5.3. To register you will need to provide the following information:

5.3.1. Full name

5.3.2. Email address

5.3.3. Phone number

5.3.4. Password

5.3.5. Location

5.3.6. Status

5.3.7. Relevant year of study (if applicable).

5.4. All provided information must be true, accurate, current, and complete. If any information changes after initial sign-up, you must update it. Incorrect information may lead to termination of your Membership and denial of future access.

5.5. For security, choose a strong, unique password. Keep your username and password confidential. Notify ChemBio.info immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5.6. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email and gain access to your Member account, including account management features.

5.7. Each Member’s account can only be accessed on one device at a time. Sharing account details is not permitted and monitored for compliance.

Charges and Payment

5.8. Access to certain content requires purchasing Membership, either through recurring payments (“Subscription(s)”) or a one-time payment (“One-time payment”).

5.9. The Company reserves the right to modify charges and payment structures for the Services at any time.

Subscriptions

5.10. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”), which can be monthly, quarterly, or annually based on your subscription plan.

5.11. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current Billing Cycle. You can cancel your Subscription through your account management page or by contacting customer support.

5.12. A valid payment method is required for Subscription payments. Accurate billing information must be provided and kept up to date. By providing such information, you authorize ChemBio.info to charge all Subscription fees to your payment method.

One-time Payment

5.13. One-time payment grants access to the Site for a fixed period, such as one academic year.

5.14. A valid payment method is required for One-time Payments. Accurate billing information must be provided and kept up to date.

Termination and Suspension

5.15. The Company may terminate or suspend your Membership with immediate effect if:

5.15.1. Payment is not received;

5.15.2. There is evidence of shared account use;

5.15.3. You breach any Terms of Service;

5.15.4. Information provided is inaccurate or invalid;

5.15.5. Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected.

5.16. Termination or suspension may be based on the Company’s opinion or suspicion, without a need for proof.

5.17. Unsuitable conduct may result in termination of any previously granted licences or permissions.

5.18. Membership can be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be provided unless specified under special offer conditions (see clause 12 below).

6. THIRD PARTIES

6.1. The Company is not associated with and has no authority over any third party, including those named or linked on the Site.

6.2. The Company is not responsible or liable for any content, products, advertising, or other resources from third parties.

6.3. By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you agree that the Company is not liable for any disputes with third parties.

6.4. ChemBio.info is a private entity operating independently. The Company does not share formal contracts or affiliations with educational boards or institutions unless expressly stated. Reliance on the Services is at your own risk.

7. COPYRIGHT

7.1. All content and information on the Site and through the Services are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws.

7.2. You agree not to copy, reproduce, download, modify, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, edit, adapt, upload, share, display, license, sell or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without authorization.

7.3. The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted in the Terms of Service.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and suppliers exclude liability for any losses or expenses, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the Services.

8.2. These limitations are fundamental to the agreement between you and the Company. The Services would not be provided without such limitations.

8.3. The Company’s liability will not exceed the amount of any payments made by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

8.4. Any cause of action arising from or related to the Services must commence within 6 months after the cause of action arose, except for causes related to users’ responsibilities (see clause 10).

9. AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE

9.1. The Company reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove parts of the Terms of Service at any time, at its discretion.

9.2. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Site.

9.3. If you do not agree to the amended Terms of Service, you must stop using the Site and Services.

10. SITE MAINTENANCE AND ALTERATION

10.1. The Company aims to provide uninterrupted access to the Site and Services, but may need to withdraw, modify, discontinue, or suspend aspects of the Site, particularly during technical difficulties. Wherever possible, reasonable notice will be given.

10.2. The Company reserves the right to withhold, remove, alter, and/or discard any content on the Site at any time without notice.

11. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify the Company and its affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees against any claims, losses, liabilities, or demands, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Site and Services in violation of the Terms of Service.

12. REFUNDS

12.1. In general, refunds are not offered for purchases made through the Site. Free samples are provided to inform your decision before purchasing a Subscription or making a One-time Payment.

12.2. Refunds may be provided under special offers, subject to their own terms and conditions.
